Mr. Gilsinei‘s degree in business administration with a specialization / MBA in Marketing & Communication at the University of Joinville Region.Mr. Gilsinei acts in the software industry for over 25 years and has extensive experience in research and development, having worked for companies such as Datasul and Totvs. Currently, Mr. Gilsinei is the Executive Board member.

Mr. Alon Dayan graduated with a degree in electric engineering and a specialization in computer science from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. Mr. Dayan has 22 years of experience in technology, having been one of the founders of the now defunct Investrônica do Brasil Comércio e Sistemas Ltda., a company that provided technological solutions to the textile industry. He joined us in 1990 as a partner at Linx Sistemas and has been its director since then. Currently, Mr. Dayan is a member of our board of directors.

João Cox holds a BSc. degree in Economics from Universidade Federal da Bahia and has attended to graduate studies in Economics at the Université du Quebec à Montreal and at the Oxford University’s College of Petroleum Studies program. Mr. Cox runs Cox Investments & Advisory a boutique that acts in two major areas: advisory and investments. From August 2006 till August 2010 he acted as President and CEO of Claro S.A., at that time, the second largest cellphone operator in Brazil. Mr. Cox has also been member of the Board of Directors of some companies like Universidade Estácio de Sá (the third largest education group in the world by market cap) and Embraer S.A. (the third largest air crafter producer in the world). He was a member of the Board of the CRSFN – Conselho de Recursos do Sistema Financeiro Nacional (National Financial System Appeal Court), ABRASCA (Brazilian Association of Public Companies), IBRI (Brazilian Institute for Investor Relations) and at the Fórum de Líderes Empresariais (Entrepreneurial National Leaders Forum).
