1) Where are Linx´s preferred shares traded? What´s the ticker?
  1. Linx ‘s shares are traded on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (BM&FBOVESPA) under the ticker ‘LINX3‘ at Novo Mercado segment, the highest standard of corporate governance practices segment.
2) What is the fiduciary agent of Linx‘s share? How can I consult my share position?

Banco Itaú Custódia is the fiduciary of Linx‘s shares.

Now it is easier and faster for individual shareholders to consult their share position. Information for the control of investments is available on the Internet: equity position, statements, dividend payment, income and tax withholdings return and subscription list.

For non-account holders of Banco Itau, the access is safe, quick and simple, visit www.investshop.com.br/acionistas. Just follow the steps below and at the end your access will be available:

  1. Access www.investshop.com.br/acionistas;
  2. Click on ‘Click here to Access the restricted area‘;
  3. Enter your CPF and security code and click ‘Continue‘;
  4. Fill in your registration information to create your login and password;
  5. Enter your login;
  6. Click on your name and then enter the password using the electronic keyboard;
  7. Fill in the questionnaire. For your safety, answer the questions according to the information which is on Itaú´s database, not based on the form filled to create your login;
  8. Your access is available.

For account holders of Itaú, Uniclass and Personnalité, login to check your account at www.itau.com.br. The Income Report is available on the Account Menu and the other information on the Investment Menu. Simple and secure.

3) How and where does Linx disclose its information?

All Linx‘s material facts, earnings results and other notices to the market are published simultaneously at CVM/Bovespa and at the investor relations area of the Companys website (www.linx.com.br/ir), and sent later by email to persons registered to receive this information. To receive information by e-mail please sign up to the newletters.

Complete financial statements are published annually on the newspapers “Valor Econômico” and “Diário Oficial do Estado de São Paulo”. Quarterly financial statements, press releases, presentations, material facts and notices to shareholders are available in the investor relations area of Linx‘s website (www.linx.com.br/ir). Other information about the Company also may be obtained on the website of São Paulo Stock Exchange (www.bovespa.com.br) and at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil – CVM (www.cvm.gov.br).

4) What are the main solution offered by Linx to the market?

To meet the full needs of today‘s retail market, the Company offers several solutions to its customers. Our solutions provide the essential functions that are necessary to effectively manage and process the operational and financial resources of an organization of the Brazilian retail. Our applications enable our customers to interact, collaborate and make business decisions using the precise data from multiple devices.

ERP (Enterprise resource planning)
ERP is a software platform developed to integrate the various departments of a company, enabling the automation and storage of all business information. Linx offers this solution in Cloud versions, especially when installed in deductibles and smaller clients, as well as in the customer‘s environment, especially the larger franchisors and chains of stores. We offer all the expertise and processes tied to the segment legislation, seeking to adapt our solution portfolio for each company profile, regardless of size, business solutions and seeking cover and aggregate all areas of the business model. We cater clients from different retail verticals, such as clothing, footwear, accessories, food service, car dealerships, construction material, department, electronics and computer stores, among many others.

POS (Point of sale)
Linx offers software solutions for the checkout terminals of our clients stores, where their sales transactions occur. Mostly, these solutions are integrated with their own ERP software company. In certain cases, our POS solutions can also be integrated with ERP software from other vendors.

Linx offers all the expertise and processes tied to the segment legislation, seeking to adapt their POS for each company profile, regardless of size, business solutions and seeking cover and add all operacionias needs a model shop. We cater clients from different retail verticals, such as clothing, footwear, accessories, food service, car dealerships, construction material, department, electronics and computer stores, among many others.

Mobility
Through smartphones or tablets, customers are served quickly and personalized way, with no queues and more interaction with the variety of products offered in the store. Linx offers solutions for different retail segments, using features such as virtual catalog, lookbooks combination, query inventory, record pre-sales and sales, queue time and closing the service.

Mobility solutions are offered in Cloud and are integrated with other software of the Company. These offers have focused on cross-selling within the customer base Linx.

E-commerce
Our e-commerce platform is fully integrated with our ERP software. This becomes an important competitive advantage, in that it makes it easier and more accurate inventory management, customers and processes by the retailers. It is totally based on Cloud and the main focus of this offer is on cross-selling to customers of the Company.

The service E-commerce consists of the receipt of orders from wholesale and monitoring of sales targets; direct sale to the final consumer; and interactive electronic catalog with information about inventory, pricing, among others, integrated into the ERP system.

CRM
We consider our CRM offering innovative and differentiated. It is totally based on Cloud and focuses on providing retailers the ability to manage and interact with their consumers.

Conectivity and TEF
Currently, a significant volume of transactions involving credit and debit card travels in the Cloud gateways managed by Linx (R$ 1.8 billion in December 2012). In addition, the servers connect headquarter, branches and stores promoting traffic of data from many different management softwares, including those based on Cloud, besides TEF (Electronic Funds Transfering). Linx has its own infrastructure in dozens of the largest shopping centers and the main backbone data centers with redundant core systems.
